•The daily takes from 14 hours of the date of guest arrival and ends at 12 am the next day (regardless of arrival time), and includes coffee breakfast, served between 08 and 10:00 hours;

•Reservations will be confirmed upon prepayment of 50% of the total accommodation through bank deposit;

•Requests for modification of already confirmed bookings must be made at least 10 days from the date of commencement of the stay, by e-mail;

•Requests for cancellation of bookings already confirmed shall be made at least 10 days from the date of commencement of the stay, by e-mail, which guarantees the applicant to refund the prepayment of 50% of the host, in case of breach of this term, there will be no refund;

•If the guest does not appear within 24 hours starting from the time of the start date of the booked stay (on the show), the reservation will be canceled and no refund of the amounts that the guest perhaps have paid;

•We host only people above of 18 years and no pets are accepted of any kind;

•It's not possible replace the double bed of suites for single beds, neither put extra beds;

•Although we have a Wi-Fi for Internet access, we can not guarantee continuous access on acceptable terms, given the precariousness of the signal provided by the operators of service and limited franchise access to data they provided in the city; in general, telecommunications in the city of Paraty are poor at any time of year;

•We have a external area with 03 spaces (occupied on a rotational basis - not made reservations thereof) for parking on the facade, which is indented, it is also allowed, and fairly quiet, parking along the street where the inn is located;

•Smoking inside the suites (including the external areas of the upper suites) and other indoor facilities is not permitted, but is permitted in the garden;
